Mission
Since 2001, Dcisio Consulting has been dedicated to cultivating ideas, people and economies through innovation and enterprise development strategy design, as well as boots-on-the-ground initiation and implementation of national support programmes and financing initiatives.
Goals
Dcisio’s goals are focused on making a difference in the lives of emerging innovators, entrepreneurs, and economies.
01. Economic Development
–
Building high-potential economic sectors to maximum impact requires contextually-aware and impact-oriented strategy design and execution. We bring global experience to bear on optimizing economic development initiatives.
02. Enterprise Development
–
Impactful enterprise development programmes are best designed and implemented by experienced entrepreneurs and executive coaches. We add real-world experience supported by rigorous training to make a real difference in the fates of early-stage businesses.
03. Innovation
–
Innovation and R&D support programmes must be designed to make a real difference in the lives of ordinary people. Agile methodologies with short feedback cycles are critical for rapid learning, and fast and full impact. We add deep experience as global innovators and innovation programme managers.
04. gREEN eCONOMY
–
We work with local communities to identify, design, finance and build opportunities in the green economy.
Renewable energy, especially large photovoltaic developments.
Aquaculture, including recirculating plants (tilapia) and cage (trout).
Tourism enterprise development.
“Clear the real hurdles.
All else is waste.”
